This agreement is a commitment by 2WiredGuys to do its very best in providing responsive, pleasant, professional, competent, and responsible computer and electronics service. This agreement may be canceled by 2WiredGuys at any time. 2WiredGuys will engage in the highest ethical standards concerning its member’s data and information with complete confidentiality. 2WiredGuys strongly advises members to back up critical data before any services are performed by 2WiredGuys. Computer software, hardware, users of the device, and the Internet are sometimes unpredictable, and 2WiredGuys will not be held responsible for any problems nor be responsible for backing up data.

Once service has been performed on a computer covered under the 2WG Membership, it cannot be transferred to a different computer during the membership. Membership benefits include free remote service, support by phone, text, and e-mail, and free Drop-Off service.

Once the Drop-Off service has been completed all items left for service must be picked up within 90 days. Unless arrangements have been made with a 2Wiredguys representative, after 90 days the items will be considered abandoned and will become property of 2WiredGuys. Tutorial services are not covered under the membership service and are billed at $87/hr. Prices, agreements, and services are subject to change. Our services are designed for Residential computer users. Businesses and Non-profits enter into this agreement knowing that while we will do our best to provide a wonderful service, we will not be held for any liability nor are we available during non-business hours.

Early termination of a membership will be reviewed for consideration, but by accepting this agreement you should consider any unused membership time and cost forfeited.

Choosing to become a member indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this agreement.
