Grab some popcorn, sit back and watch your computer get fixed. Remote service saves you the trouble of bringing your computer to our shop and allows us to respond immediately. Here is how it is done:

- We will direct you to www.logmein123.com and provide you with a unique 6 digit code.
- A couple simple steps later and we are connected to your device.
- You can watch, chat or go run some errands while we work our magic.
- We finish with a detailed follow-up email in words you can understand.
Frequently asked questions
Ask yourself this, if something were to happen to your computer, such as a hard drive failing, it was stolen, or a ransom attack to name a few examples, would there be any files that you could not recreate (pictures), or are there any files that would take you a long time to recreate (documents)? We stopped offering onsite services in 2014 for three reasons. Almost all computer issues we can resolve remotely. Working remotely allows us to assist you immediately. It is also more environmentally friendly.
