2WG membership is only $67 a year

Phone support: Call us and we will do our very best to solve your problem over the phone. If we determine this cannot be done, you can choose between the convenient remote service*, drop-off shop service or we’ll come to you.
E-mail support: We’ll answer your computer questions through e-mail. You never have to hesitate if you need help, or have a question—just send us an e-mail and help will be on the way. We check our e-mail 7 days a week: wecanhelp@2wiredguys.com.

$47/hr. Member service rates
($67/hr for non-members)
On-site service: We’ll service your computer and peripherals at your place of business/residence. (Currently, there is no travel fee)**
Shop service: Members enjoy the low $47/hr. service rate for in-shop service with a maximum charge of $94 per visit per computer! That’s right, you won’t pay any more than $94 each time you need in-shop service. (Parts charged separately).

Monthly 2WiredGuys Contests: Each month, ALL members will be automatically entered in the 2WG monthly drawing. We’ll give away a variety of prizes from local businesses. We’ll also have special 2WG contests with a chance to win win cool stuff!

You start right out with cool 2WG stuff! Each member will receive a 2WiredGuys mousepad. This mousepad has our phone number and e-mail address right where you need them!

2WiredGuys e-letter: We’ll keep you up-to-date on the current technology news that is important to our members. We’ll try to explain what’s happening in the world of computers in words that you can understand.

Pickup and Delivery: As always, when we visit you for on-site service, and find your computer needs to come back to our shop, we'll bring it back with us at no additional charge. And, when the computer is ready for you, we will call and you can pick up the computer at our shop at your convenience. If you prefer we pick up and deliver your computer, our fee is $23.50 for each trip ($23.50 for pickup OR delivery; $47.00 for both). However, this service will be limited to our schedule. We have extended our hours to make pickup and delivery easier for you.

COMMITMENT--This is the most important feature of our membership! As a member, we are committed to serving you. No longer will you have to wonder who you’re going to call or if anyone is available, or even willing to help you. No longer will you have to pay outrageous service fees and wonder if your problems are resolved. We’ll see to it we find a solution for you. We consider our 2WiredGuys members a part of our family.

* In-shop service includes most hardware and software services. The service fee is limited to service only and all parts and software purchases will be charged to the member. We always search for the best prices for our members. Prices and services included in memberships may change. Current memberships are not affected by these changes.
** We currently do not charge for travel time for calls within 20 miles of Brookline, Vermont. We reserve the right to add a reasonable travel fee if necessary.
